Exploring the legal framework of Child protection and the Orders available to the Family Courts, this course aims to increase and reinforce knowledge of who all the key professionals and others are in Child protection processes and Famil Court proceedings. Covering the language and terminology which can be so confusing for lay parties (parent).
This course aims to provide a baseline framework of knowledge base for Independent Advocates supporting parents.
This course is the only route to registering for the Certificate in Independent Advocacy in Child Protection and the Family Courts.
