Following the introductory taught course this assessed training will assess your skills, knowledge and practice supporting vulnerable parents.
This course aims to provide a national framework of skills and knowledge base Independent Advocates supporting parents in order to create a more standardised experience for all parties and clear expectations about what Independent Advocates can and do do.
Completion of the taught awareness raising course ‘Independent Advocacy in Child Protection and the Family Courts’ is an requirement for registering for this course.
